"Pretty solid chairs for the price"
I ordered a few office chairs they turned out better than I was expecting. They feel sturdy, especially for the price, which was a nice surprise because you never really know until they show up. One of them did have a tiny scratch on it, but it was small enough that I didn’t feel like dealing with a return or anything. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably order from them again.

"Wish I’d checked Wayfair Professional sooner"
I’ve ordered a few office chairs and some storage pieces from Wayfair Professional, i kind of regret not looking there earlier. The prices were better than I expected for the quality we got. Everything has held up well so far, and shipping was smooth with no real issues. Overall, it feels like we got a solid deal for what we paid.

"Return took a little while, but I got my refund"
I had to send back a chair set because it just didn’t really match the photos, which was a bit frustrating. The return process online was straightforward, though... I did have to wait a few days to get the label info. Once they received it, the refund came through about a week later. So, yeah, not perfect, but customer service did respond and it all got sorted in the end

"delivery was just okay"
my order showed up late once, which was a bit annoying, but the tracking was mostly accurate and easy enough to follow.

"They literally fixed my order so fast"
One of my chairs showed up damaged and there was a small pack of hardware missing, so I thought it was going to be a whole hassle. I reached out to Wayfair Professional and they got back to me quickly. They literally sent the missing parts and replaced the damaged chair without making it complicated. The delivery wasn’t perfect, but the way they handled the issue was really solid.

"Pretty much right, just not totally"
Ordered a few things for the office and most of it showed up how it was supposed to. One of the chairs came in the wrong color though, not the one I picked. Everything else was fine. Customer service did help me out, just took a little longer than I would've liked. Not a bad experience but yeah... order accuracy could be a bit better

"Is it just me, or is the site hard to use?"
I had a frustrating time trying to get around the site. The filters kept resetting on me, which made shopping take way longer than it should have. Checkout also felt kind of clunky and not very smooth. Maybe I’m missing something, but it just didn’t feel very easy to use...

"Fast shipping, just one small hiccup"
I ordered a few office chairs from wayfairprofessional.com they shipped faster than I thought they would. I had the tracking info by the next day, which was a nice surprise

Most of the boxes showed up in about 3 days, so I really can’t complain. One of them came a day later than the others, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me
Overall, I was happy with how quick the delivery was. Not totally perfect, but still better than a lot of other sites I’ve ordered from

"Decent Selection, If You Don’t Mind Looking Around"
There was definitely a lot to choose from, which was nice, though it did take me a bit of browsing to find something that actually stood out. I guess that’s a good thing overall, but it felt a little overwhelming at first.

"Had a good feeling they'd sort it out"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly, and I kind of felt like it was going to be handled once they replied. It did take one follow-up, but after that they fixed everything without much hassle.
